Rob and Hamid discuss form finding
The initial form finding process required that we use a sophisticated software tool call Kangaroo Live Physics (together with Grasshopper and Rhino3D). Rob Marcalow, a UMass Architecture Instructor, helped Hamid with programming Grasshopper to establish fundamental parameters, such as height and curvature, of the shell.
